Abby Hensel and Brittany Hensel born March 7, 1990 in Carver County, Minnesota. They are conjoined twins, and just turned 18. continue to make news around the world as they are now grown adults attending their first year of college at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA.

Abby and Brittany have a strong sense of self, with a balanced blend of being individuals, but work together. They each write with their corresponding hand, and they can type on a computer keyboard at a normal speed, and they also play the piano, swim, ride a bike and engage in sport activities while each twin controls one side of the body.Abby and Brittany's story was featured in United Kingdom's The Sun. While the story is basically a recap of much of the information provided in other stories about the twins, their ability to reach international audience with their amazing story is compelling in itself.

I just watched your 16th birthday and it was the first i heard of you girls. I have to say that you two are a miracle and commend your parents and you two for the decisions about your life and how you show it to the world.. My name is Michaela. I just wanted you two to know that I think that the two of you are just amazing! I may not know much about you girls or being a twin but I have always wished that I had been a twin. Over the years my two younger sisters and I realized that our mothers father is a twin. Which means that one day either of us could have twins. Needless to say since the day that we figured that out I have realized that I would love to have twins. Especially when I started high school back in 2003 and found out that I was going to have a total of four sets of twins in my grade all four years of high school and sure enough by the time Senior year rolled around I had became really good friends with one of the four sets. Their names are Michelle and Jailene the two of them are just as awsome as the two of you.
In my eyes you two young women are a miracle that god placed on this earth. I think the same thing about each set of twins that I went to high school with.
